Black Creek Farm offers individualized, high-attention boarding built around a 24/7 track system. Horses live in an environment designed to support movement, social interaction, and natural behavior, with daily observation and thoughtful adjustments to care.
This program is ideal for horses that benefit from consistency, low-stress management, and a more individualized approach than traditional boarding.
Personalized Care
Daily care is tailored to each horse’s individual needs. Feeding programs are adjusted to support weight management, nutrition, and overall condition. In addition to free choice hay, we provide low-NSC concentrates such as Triple Crown Senior Gold and Unbeetable feeds. Horses are monitored closely, allowing for thoughtful adjustments as needed.
Blanket changes are provided based on weather and individual comfort. Coordination and handling for veterinary and farrier care is included as part of board.

24/7 Track Turnout
Horses live full-time on a track system designed to prioritize movement, socialization, and consistent access to forage. The track offers access to ample shelter, 24/7 covered timothy hay, heated water, and enrichment areas. Tracks and shelters are cleaned daily. Grain and supplements are fed as needed.
Stall access and Additional Care
Stalls are available for temporary use, special care needs, or weather-related management. Boarders share a locker for tack and individual items. Shared blanket storage areas are provided.
Varied riding options
Riders have access to an outdoor arena, round pen, obstacle areas, and trails throughout the property, allowing for varied, practical, and engaging work with their horses. The outdoor arena is maintained for year round use. Trails and farm roads are accessible throughout the 79 acre property.

Training - $50/session
Training focuses on developing communication, improving handling and riding, and building a solid foundation for long-term soundness.

Lessons - $65/lesson
Lessons are available for all ages. Lessons at Black Creek Farm will develop a foundation in horsemanship and riding. Lessons are available for many experience levels from and introduction of horses to problem-solving troubled horses.
*Black Creek Farm maintains an extensive network of professionals to assist riders in continuing education in specific disciplines.
Mobility or Grooming Sessions - $30/session
30-minute mobility sessions support comfort, movement, and body awareness, particularly for horses not in full training. Sessions may include stretching, pole work, obstacles, and groundwork exercises.
Grooming sessions can be added to support coat health and overall care, including thrush prevention and treatment (products included).
